Property perimeter from Wesley's on-the-ground GPS walk (Guru Maps iOS, 2026-06-22 + 2026-06-28): 17 corner points, walked in order, 4.26 km perimeter, 71.37 ha projected. Handheld GPS accuracy ±3-5 m per point — not survey-grade.
